- Engage stakeholders, including senior management, to align on product vision, strategy, OKRs, and execution plans.
- Work with customers, researchers, and industry bodies to identify the biggest problems to solve and uncover new opportunities.

- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment (consumer experience is ideal)

- Experience in a fast-paced environment (early-stage start-up or pure-play digital environment is ideal)
- Experience with mobile-first product development
- Ability to drive a culture of learning and team improvement in both your scrum team and the business more broadly
- Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering and operations to develop a social media and communication strategy that will elevate brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition.
- Help set up and use robust tracking and analysis, to measure and report on performance for social media, and use these results to drive and refine experiments/optimisations
- Build awareness and passion for the Home-in’s brand amongst staff, partners and future employees
- Act as a brand guardian ensuring all content adheres to Home-in’s tone of voice and brand guidelines
- Manage and take ownership of listening and publishing social media tools for Home-in
- Craft compelling and high-performing copy across a range of topics for different marketing activities including social, email, digital ads, search engines (SEO) and other internal and external collateral
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute social and digital content across all channels with a well-articulated approach for growing followers, engagement, traffic, and customer acquisition
- Work with external agencies (PR, Brand & Content) where relevant to develop engaging content
- Significant experience as a Social Media Manager having worked across strategy, content creation, social listening, publishing and reporting on campaign performance
- A combination of digital strategy and implementation experience
- Tertiary qualified in marketing, business, product and or data/analytics
- Experience making decisions based on data and analytics with experience in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
- Experience in mapping customer journeys and optimise funnels to drive conversion
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (early-stage start-up or pure-play digital environment is ideal)

- Work collaboratively with product, engineering, data science, customer support and the rest of the marketing team
- You’re a self-starter and driven to self-improvement by exploring new technologies and skills
- Significant commercial experience as a Product focused Marketing Manager with proven experience establishing product market fit and launching new products to market within a fast-paced environment
- Broad digital marketing experience – across both strategy and implementation

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and our partner network, and develop a long-term research program that aligns with product, design and business objectives.
- Work with the Lead Designer on identifying key user segments for our products by creating and conducting design thinking research activities such as interviews, workshops, contextual enquiry, competitive analysis, user tests and surveys.
- Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating designs with both internal stakeholders and end-users.
- Discover and map the current state of customer/user lifecycle and empathy.
- Be an advocate for research across the broader business by communicating your research findings through storytelling to different audiences, including executives and non-experts, through engaging workshops, reports, presentations, video reels, and informal conversations.
